Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
As wisdom is best cultivated into a student's life from the living examples of its teachers, Caldwell seeks faculty who live under the authority of Scripture in joyful submission to God. This life should flow from a vibrant relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
A Caldwell teacher also
employs the tools of learning to think critically, listen carefully, reason persuasively, and articulate precisely
fills their classroom with truth, goodness, and beauty to demonstrate the virtues of faith, hope, and love
serves sacrificially
has a heart for the lost and shares the message of Christ’s salvation to a broken world
Our desire is all Caldwell faculty and staff, through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, will do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with their God.
