A safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Caldwell Academy offers aftercare programs for students in Preschool-8th grade: Eagle Explorers (TK), Eagles’ Zone (K-5), and The Talon (5th-8th). Our programs provide supervised activities after school until 5:30 p.m. on weekdays when school is in session. We also provide care on early dismissal days and we offer occasional drop-in and seasonal care options.In the event that there is an urgent need to quickly get in touch with your child’s after-school care teacher, please contact the direct after school care line at 336-790-2854.
A $50 nonrefundable registration fee is required per student.

*Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break months have been prorated over the course of the year in the monthly amount shown.
Financial Commitment
- Eagles' Zone does not prorate for days your child does not attend.
- Drop-in student accounts will be billed $32 within two weeks of the drop-in day. Parents are required to clear balances monthly.
- If an account becomes 2 months past due, the student will be subject to removal from the program until the account is made current.
- Delinquent accounts are also subject to student records being held at the end of the year.
- There will be a $1 charge per minute for any late pickups after 5:30 pm.
- Registration for a specific attendance option will carry through the entire school year. However, under extenuating circumstances only, you may be allowed to switch attendance options.
