We are pleased to welcome Kwan Graham, Director of Parent Engagement, from Parents for Educational Freedom in NC to Caldwell on Tuesday, January 28. Kwan will provide up-to-date information on the Opportunity Scholarship Program and answer any questions. This presentation will begin at 8:15 a.m. in the Forum.
