Tuition and Financial Aid

At Caldwell Academy, we want to serve parents and families who seek an educational environment of excellence that supports and fosters a biblical worldview. We believe our students, faculty, and school are enriched and strengthened when our student body reflects the larger Christian community. We understand that for some families, the decision to pursue a private education comes down to a question of affordability. We do not want finances to be the obstacle that prevents a family from enrolling their child and want to work toward making it accessible to mission-aligned families. 

We offer discounted tuition based on financial needs. To ensure confidentiality and maintain a family’s privacy, we employ a third party in the assessment of all tuition assistance applications. Evaluations result in a certain percentage of discount. At this time, we do not offer sibling discounts.

Our tuition can be paid as a one-time lump sum payment, bi-annually in June and December, or scheduled monthly drafts over 12 months, June - May.
